Christmas in July Bike Ride Returns — Join the Festive 10-Mile

Christmas in July Bike Ride

Christmas in July Bike Ride Rolls Through the Quad Cities on July 13

Christmas in July Bike Ride brings festive cheer to summer—get ready to celebrate the holiday spirit on two wheels! The Christmas in July Bike Ride returns to the Quad Cities on Sunday, July 13, with a festive and family-friendly 10-mile cycling route. This unique occasion offers an opportunity to pedal for a cause rather than merely enjoy a ride.

The Quad Cities Bicycle Club sponsors the trip to support Bikes for Tykes, a neighborhood project that gives bicycles and riding gear to underprivileged kids. Every dollar raised goes toward giving the gift of freedom and fun to kids who wouldn’t otherwise have access to a bicycle.

No registration is needed. Just show up at Front Street Brewery with your helmet and $10 in cash to join. Riders will pedal through a scenic 10-mile route with brewery stops, swag giveaways, and a raffle with exciting prizes at the finish line.

This ride has something to offer everyone, regardless of experience level or desire to take part in a community event. Spread some July happiness by dressing up in your favorite holiday-themed attire. Try Santa hats, Christmas stockings, or even bikes covered in tinsel!
